About Hector Macedo
Hector Macedo was born in Brazil and has lived in the United States since 2004. A landscaper by profession and a writer by vocation, he found in the Christian faith the starting point for a search shaped by questions, study, and reflection.
Passionate about Scripture, history, and the dialogue between faith and reason, he writes for those who believe that asking questions is not the opposite of believing. His literary debut was Uma Jornada de Fé: Perguntas Sinceras de um Coração em Busca de Deus.
In his books, he seeks to explore difficult questions honestly, preserving faith without running from doubt. For Hector, a sincere question does not have to lead a person away from God — it may be the very beginning of a deeper journey.
